Using the services

You may use the services for lawful personal or internal business purposes. You must follow applicable laws and the rules of any third-party service you connect. Do not misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the services, except where applicable law does not allow that restriction.

Your content and connected accounts

You retain your rights to content you provide. You are responsible for that content and for ensuring you have permission to use it. You allow Demon Studios to process content only as needed to provide the features you choose.

When you connect a social account, you authorize VibeShift to use the permissions shown by that platform. You are responsible for reviewing posts and schedules you create. If you enable automatic publishing, VibeShift may send the selected post to the connected account at the scheduled time. You can disconnect an account in VibeShift; you may also need to revoke access with the platform.

Generated content

Optional AI features may send the text and settings you submit to the service providers needed to generate a response. AI output may be inaccurate or unsuitable. Review it before relying on or publishing it. Do not submit sensitive information unless you are comfortable with the processing described in our Privacy Policy.

Plans and payments

Where paid plans are offered, the price, billing interval, and included features are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew for the displayed interval until canceled. You can cancel through the subscription-management link or account portal provided for your purchase; cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund a payment already made. One-time purchases do not renew. Refunds and consumer rights are governed by applicable law and any terms shown at checkout.

Third-party services and availability

Some features depend on providers such as social networks, payment processors, hosting services, or AI services. Those providers operate under their own terms and may change or limit their services. Demon Studios does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every feature will work with every account or provider.

Suspension and changes

You may stop using a service at any time. We may suspend access for misuse, security risks, or a material violation of these terms. We may update the services or these terms; the effective date above shows when this page was last updated. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without promises that they will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, Demon Studios is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the services. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
